Nobody wants to hang on to issues, emotions, problems and situations that cause pain.\u00a0 So?\u00a0 Why CAN\u2019T we \u201clet them go\u201d?\u00a0 First of all, I want to say that I have been a MASTER at having trouble “letting some things go”.\u00a0 I also know\u00a0that when I can\u2019t let something go, or move on from it, there is a subconscious protection in place for some reason.\u00a0 While that hidden reason can also drive me nuts, I know it\u2019s there to help in some unknown way until I can heal the reason for the resistance.\u00a0 When that happens, I go to my \u201cWHY \u00a0am I feeling this way\u201d mode, to figure out what I need to do, or why the issue needs to stay in place,\u00a0or what I am believing about it that is serving me.<\/p>\n

As a practitioner, I will just say, that it can be so frustrating when I am not moving off the mark for some reason.\u00a0 I also know though, that I CAN EASILY move forward when the energy of resistance is cleared.<\/p>\n

I had one such block very recently and here\u2019s what I learned.\u00a0 I have been struggling with some family \u201cstuff\u201d since I was little so this is an OLD issue.\u00a0 I want you to keep in mind that when\u00a0programming gets anchored in childhood, you can remain stuck in a child\u2019s rationale and problem solving skills.<\/p>\n

As a very young girl, I knew what and who\u00a0felt safe or didn\u2019t.\u00a0 What happens in many homes is that people think that young children don\u2019t have that kind of capability to choose or decide for themselves\u2026and sometimes they can\u2019t (candy or veggies\u00a0is a good example).\u00a0 A child can feel unheard or disregarded.\u00a0 How many times have you heard, oh they won\u2019t understand or know; they are too young.\u00a0 I\u2019ve got news for you folks.\u00a0 Children and pets use different senses to feel, or know what is safe or not, and what feels good or not.\u00a0 Their feelings are often times ignored.\u00a0 This is not about blame toward anyone.\u00a0 This is about adults not\u00a0realizing that children have their own \u201cknowing\u201d but in different and sometimes limited ways.<\/p>\n

Let me give you an example.\u00a0 Here\u2019s this little child who goes off to school, and they might be frightened by how the teacher treats them, or how some other student\u00a0is bullying\u00a0them, and then they act out in some way.\u00a0 It might look like crying on the playground when they should be having fun, or anger outbursts, shutting down, craving junk food, or being angry.\u00a0 A child doesn\u2019t have the ability to explain, and articulate what they need so they react with THEIR limited skills at the time.\u00a0 If their attempts to express themselves is honored and understood, the outcome and resolution is good.\u00a0 When they get ignored, misunderstood, or punished for their behavior, they don\u2019t know what to do and neither do the adults around them.\u00a0 Then the idea of drugs, punishment, or just ignoring what the child is trying to convey, comes into play.\u00a0 None of those solutions really gets to the reason for a change in behavior.<\/p>\n

In these situations when we’ve been ignored in childhood, beliefs about ourselves get formed, such as, I\u2019m not good enough, or I don\u2019t matter, or what can I do to please you so you will notice and love me??? \u00a0See how that goes?\u00a0 The ENERGY of those beliefs is now stuck and once the child grows up, now you have an adult with the misunderstanding that— I\u2019m not good enough, or I don\u2019t matter, or I\u2019m stupid, or they don\u2019t love me, or what can I do to please you so you will notice and love me?\u00a0 It becomes a locked in\u00a0PROGRAM and\u00a0PATTERN.\u00a0 We all get them in one way or another.\u00a0 How do you think money blocks are formed????<\/p>\n

The\u00a0loop\u00a0can now be\u00a0stuck in place\u00a0for years on end.\u00a0 Though you might be a very smart, capable, and\u00a0loving adult (while still stuck in\u00a0your childlike energy)\u00a0you can\u2019t seem to overcome the loop that keeps replaying in your subconscious mind.\u00a0 The question is, how do you REMOVE it or \u201clet it go\u201d now?<\/p>\n

You might not even\u00a0know what beliefs you formed in\u00a0childhood and yet,\u00a0they are\u00a0ruling your life!\u00a0 That\u2019s where the beauty of Tapping and the skill of a Tapping coach makes a huge difference.\u00a0 I\u00a0work with my own Tapping coach because I can’t always\u00a0see or realize what is in\u00a0my way!\u00a0 When you Tap and start to get to the old childhood feelings, you\u00a0begin to RELEASE the emotional hurt\u00a0of\u00a0not feeling or being heard, so you can shift to a different energy.\u00a0 When that happens, you can see and\u00a0feel<\/em> differently about people and situations—from powerlessness to confidence.<\/p>\n

The reason for understanding programs and patterns is not to blame anyone.\u00a0 Most parents don\u2019t have a guidebook of how to raise children or what is best to do or not to do.\u00a0 They do what they know how to do—both\u00a0good\u00a0and bad, and many times,\u00a0it might not be so good!\u00a0 Still, if you can\u2019t \u201clet something or someone go\u201d it\u2019s because\u00a0something in your subconscious is telling you “it\u2019s\u201d not right, safe, or in my best interest to let it go.<\/p>\n

When you release\u00a0the old programs, patterns, and emotions, amazing changes start to happen.\u00a0 Why?\u00a0 Because now you are in a different energy and mindset.\u00a0 Tapping changes your energy, which changes how you view situations, which changes your behavior, which changes the people, places and situations that you DRAW TO YOU!\u00a0 Ahhhhhh\u2026.then relief and joy comes\u2026..<\/p>\n

You can learn Tapping on your own, but trying to overcome long standing issues without the expertise of a Tapping coach, is very tough.\u00a0 I consider myself a very skilled practitioner, yet, I have my own coach\u2026.because I can’t always \u201cget to\u201d the underlying stuff causing me distress!<\/p>\n

You have a choice now that you know there is a technique that can change and release that old stuff. Will you stay stuck, or invest in your life with a coach, so you can blossom into the best you were put on this earth to be!\u00a0 It is YOUR CHOICE NOW that you know there is a reason and a solution!\u00a0 If you have struggled to let something go up till now, there is a way to\u00a0release it!<\/p>\n
