I just returned from Lake Placid, NY where I presented Meridian Tapping to the Olympic Training Center athletes. I was excited to present to potential Olympians and I thank the Training Center for giving me this opportunity! <\/p>\n

I live inside the world of Meridian Tapping, but so many people still have never heard about it.\u00a0
\nI led a group session on tapping for the athletes on Sunday 10\/16\/11, and many of the participants felt an energetic \u201ccharge\u201d when just THINKING about past injuries and the fear of, \u201cwhat if it happens again\u201d.\u00a0 If you are able to \u201cfeel\u201d the emotions when just thinking about a negative event or situation (sports related or not), you are holding on to the event and emotions in your energy and subconscious mind. <\/p>\n

This is NOT\u00a0about logic,\u00a0or\u00a0intelligence. It\u2019s about protection and your\u00a0subconscious mind is flagging you to keep you safe by alerting you to stay AWAY from something that has hurt you in the past.\u00a0 That fear or procrastination is present for a reason\u2014PROTECTION.\u00a0 <\/p>\n

That trigger is preventing you from feeling the calm confidence that would increase your skill, power, and bring success. It\u2019s like holding a beach ball under water and it sucks energy that you could be putting toward your sport or desires. You CAN release and heal that trigger with tapping.\u00a0 <\/p>\n
