Dream a little dream. \u00a0Ahhhh.<\/p>\n
Do you resist your dreams because they don\u2019t feel possible?\u00a0 That, my friends is probably your subconscious programming at work.<\/p>\n
Subconscious internal limiting beliefs about yourself, life or what is possible for you might have you believing that, “this dream I dream is\u00a0not possible for me”. \u00a0I would almost guarantee that you have\u00a0some stuck energy working against you, some self-esteem beliefs OR\u00a0your\u00a0energy is\u00a0working to protect and\u00a0serve you in some way unconsciously. \u00a0Why would keeping these beliefs protect you from something? \u00a0How could preventing me from something so wonderful serve me? \u00a0Do they shield you in some way? \u00a0What?\u00a0 Shield me.<\/p>\n
What are you talking about Joanne? \u00a0I WANT to travel. \u00a0I WANT love.\u00a0 I WANT success and ease.\u00a0 I WANT a close family.\u00a0 I understand that you may WANT these things but I would almost guarantee that if you don\u2019t have what you say you want, there is an underlying protective reason why it is not manifesting.\u00a0 Your energy is probably in conflict on some level between saying “yes that would be awesome”, and “no, it won’t or can’t happen”.<\/p>\n
How do I know?\u00a0 I\u2019ve been there myself, in multiple ways and I know what if feels like to unleash those unconscious patterns\u00a0and\u00a0emotions, along with\u00a0creating new avenues of living!<\/p>\n
There are so many hidden beliefs that we assimilate from others as we grow up.\u00a0 Yet, when we hit those walls that are driving us nuts, we can\u2019t figure out what is going on and how to stop or change it.\u00a0 There is a reason somewhere in your belief system.<\/p>\n
Don\u2019t go beating yourself up, because there is actually a \u201csmart\u201d part of you that is trying to protect you from the pain that you are associating with what you want.\u00a0 \u00a0Isn\u2019t THAT a fine how do you do?! \u00a0NOT!!<\/p>\n
How do I get rid of it?!!\u00a0 You\u2019ve got to change the energy around what you are believing about yourself, your life, and your circumstances.\u00a0 Many avenues will change or move your energy, but getting to your core beliefs, emotions, and patterning, takes detective work to change,\u00a0beyond\u00a0just a movement of energy.<\/p>\n

It doesn\u2019t matter when you start to makes these shifts but the faster you start, you will FEEL that joy, happiness, and excitement for life!<\/p>\n
How many people are successful at losing weight? \u00a0I’d bet there are thousands\u00a0who lose weight, BUT\u00a0if I were to ask how many people KEEP it off, that’s a different answer. \u00a0Why? \u00a0Because there are patterns in place that want or need the weight, the reward, or the comfort and until you resolve THOSE underlying reasons, you will fall back into the same old\u00a0pattern. \u00a0That applies to weight, love, success or any other desire.<\/p>\n
