During my sales career, I changed products and companies, but\u00a0I rose to the top every time.\u00a0 Once I got my confidence legs underneath me, I went for big \u201cfish\u201d. \u00a0I was well liked by co-workers UNTIL I started excelling and showing my expertise as I advanced beyond\u00a0senior sales reps.\u00a0 I didn\u2019t step on toes, but I was powerful once I found my rhythm that brought results.<\/p>\n

I went from being well liked, to being competition, a threat, the enemy, and I was shunned. I was the same person before my success who was liked but now that I showed my strengths, I became the target of their conflict and competition about my success.<\/p>\n

Who wants to be excluded for being good at what you do, right?\u00a0 It became a real internal struggle for me and I had no idea that I was taking on THEIR reactions and feelings so deeply.\u00a0 Their conflict about my success starting eroding my comfort and success happiness.<\/p>\n

There will always be people who won’t put in their own effort yet, become wildly jealous and complain about your success. \u00a0This pattern happened many times and I know it happens to others as well.<\/p>\n

So what do you DO about it?<\/p>\n

You work on your own internal energy, and reactions.\u00a0 When you realize that you are responsible for YOUR feelings and actions, and they are responsible for theirs, a clarity and shift shows up.\u00a0 Undesirable patterns begin in many ways and often times\u00a0stem back to early childhood. \u00a0An example\u00a0could be something like: \u00a0when I\u00a0got something \u201cthey\u201d didn\u2019t have, I was \u201cpunished\u201d in some way (tricked, teased, and hurt by their behavior).\u00a0 You might be saying, but that\u2019s what kids do. Yes, that\u2019s true but the internal effect can develop a pattern that, unknowingly, links PAIN to an outcome.<\/p>\n

To get past this replaying \u201cloop\u201d about success, I had to unweave and dissolve the belief I had about it.\u00a0 Just like you can anchor a song to a wonderful memory, you can also link pain to success.<\/p>\n

My reactions\u00a0need to be\u00a0MY focus and their reactions, need to be\u00a0theirs.\u00a0 Easy, right? \u00a0No, and for many people, a negative and detrimental pattern can retrigger you over and over. \u00a0Once a negative association is in place, you may find yourself hitting walls, sabotaging results, or feeling emotionally crushed wondering why this pattern keeps happening.\u00a0 This loop can apply to ANY situation\u2026.career, money, love, skills, relationships\u2026.you name it and people can get stuck and wonder what the heck is wrong with them.<\/p>\n

Once you get clear on what is going on internally, you can use tools to\u00a0RELEASE a replaying pattern.\u00a0 Depending upon the severity and PAIN associated with that\u00a0pattern, it might be slight or severe.\u00a0 However, when you have had the same painful experience over and over, your unconscious mind starts to protect you as if to say, don\u2019t GO THERE!!!!!\u00a0 The sabotage, the kinks in the road and the automatic triggered responses, are all designed to HELP you, to protect you and to keep you safe.<\/p>\n

You can release\u00a0painful associations to your desires.\u00a0 The reason I love tapping so much is because it takes care of the loop, the pain, and it cuts the ties that have become unconsciously automatic.<\/p>\n

I\u2019ve seen 3 distinct avenues that require attention for clean-up and reversal.<\/p>\n

1. Modeling–When did it start? Did you see some childhood modeling of similar situations?\u00a0 Did you experience it yourself at home, school or in some other way?<\/li>\n
2. Emotions–What\u00a0emotions have you attached to this \u201csituation\u201d? (Fear, anger, frustration, confusion heartache, sadness, grief…)<\/li>\n
3. Patterns–What perceived patterns are in your way, because of so many replays? E.g. When I do or go for (desire) _____, I feel (emotion) ______, because I am convinced that (this pain) ________will happen. It becomes part of your belief system before you know it.\u00a0 Then you begin to ATTRACT more of the same results because something is \u201cstuck\u201d.\u00a0 Great, huh?<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

   Many big internet marketers talk about pushing through fear because you are just looking for excuses and being lazy.\u00a0 Nothing could be further from the truth.\u00a0 When FEAR of any outcome becomes SOOOO attached to\u00a0painful expectations in your unconscious mind, you will stop dead in your tracks from your desires.\u00a0 This is NOT about logic or intelligence and everyone\u2019s level of reaction is so unique based on their make-up and past experiences.<\/p>\n

   When you use the right tools to clear the modeling, emotions and patterns, it\u2019s amazing how easily things fall into place. \u00a0When you address your\u00a0triggers about their reactions, you regain confidence, and your boundaries become clear. \u00a0More importantly, you won\u2019t attract those kinds of reactions, or they won\u2019t bother you.\u00a0 That\u2019s why Tapping is also known as (EFT) Emotional Freedom Techniques.<\/p>\n

   Time doesn\u2019t stand still and you could be replaying the same frustrations years from now unless you clear them out!\u00a0 It is exhausting to fight deep levels of resistance.\u00a0 When you are \u201cfighting\u201d against internal struggles, it makes you feel old, tired, and worn out.\u00a0 Depending upon the severity of your anchoring, it can require\u00a0the energy of holding 15 beach balls under water all the time. \u00a0When you no longer have to hold down and resist, it\u2019s amazing to feel the lifting of that burden and energy return!<\/p>\n
