Client feedback, clarity and gut feelings are invaluable when working with a practitioner.\u00a0 Ask yourself, do I feel safe? Am I being heard?\u00a0 Does my coach work with me or do I get scolded, reprimanded or pushed?\u00a0 Does their guidance resonate with me or am I going along with them because I think they know better what is right for me than I do?<\/p>\n

When addressing traumatic or hurtful situations, I don\u2019t try to change a client\u2019s negative words or criticize them for \u201cbeing in their story\u201d.\u00a0 Those are important clues.\u00a0 It has been my experienced that focusing on symptoms like trying to put a positive spin on words or ignoring the story replay actually creates MORE client resistance, fear and overwhelm.\u00a0 \u00a0Emotions need a safe avenue and voice to be heard and acknowledged before positivity can take hold.\u00a0 Repetition of words or experiences is a screaming message of how painful it is, and that there are more aspects needing to be released in a safe way.<\/p>\n

Positive reframing before clearing negativity is like putting perfume on trash and doesn\u2019t work well.\u00a0 In fact, it often creates more resistance and keeps feelings and patterns locked in place.\u00a0 When we can pull out the bottom card in a house of cards, the rest of the house falls down.\u00a0 The words and the \u201cstory\u201d and become a non-issue when the root problem is dissolved!<\/p>\n

Subconscious and energetic issues can be released without bulldozing.\u00a0 I can help a client gently dissect events to prevent overwhelm.\u00a0 There\u2019s no need for it when there are other, softer ways to clear and release problems.<\/p>\n

A good client\/practitioner \u201cfit\u201d is very important and it is a two way street.\u00a0 Both the client and the practitioner should feel respected.\u00a0 If either feels out of balance, progress will suffer.\u00a0 One of my clients wanted early morning sessions but I am not at my best in early morning hours.\u00a0 We shouldn\u2019t push against what doesn\u2019t work for us because we will eventually feel energetic consequences.<\/p>\n

Tapping engages the mind, body, and spirit connection.\u00a0 Symptoms are important clues.\u00a0 Pushing them down works against their message, and what is trying to get your attention.\u00a0 Symptoms will scream louder and pain will loop again and again.\u00a0 How many times do you want to go over the same issue?<\/p>\n
