Money. \u00a0It’s a big topic, right?<\/p>\n

At a gathering for business owners, I was surprised by the guest speaker\u2019s comments.\u00a0 He is a leader in the city, educated, and well-spoken.\u00a0 However, he clearly has an \u201ceither\/or\u201d mentality about money.\u00a0 I could hear his money beliefs that are limiting his abundance.<\/p>\n

His speech including phrases like I was raised \u201cright\u201d unlike those big money people over there.\u00a0 Those might not be his exact words, but that was his message.\u00a0 In other words, you can\u2019t be wealthy AND be raised right!\u00a0 What impacted me even more than his speech, was the reaction in the room.\u00a0 It was full of nodding heads that were in agreement.\u00a0 The more he shared, it became clear that he lives in a poverty pocket of the city and is not really happy about it.\u00a0 His money beliefs are housed in his mind and energy\u00a0system but he doesn’t know it. \u00a0This is not a criticism but rather an explanation of how beliefs manifest into reality.<\/p>\n

He is not unusual in his beliefs.\u00a0 Where is it written that you can\u2019t have wealth and be a good person?\u00a0 It might not be written anywhere, but that belief sure is taught in many circles and then it\u2019s passed down through generations.\u00a0 Money does not define or limit the goodness of a person.\u00a0 Money makes life easier, but it does not mold a person to be better or worse than the next.<\/p>\n

Where do those assumptions and beliefs start?\u00a0 Jealousy, frustration and limiting negative money beliefs are shared through families and passed down through generations.\u00a0 Money patterns are most often learned and downloaded unconsciously.\u00a0 The beliefs don\u2019t have to be true or even correct, but they can be learned as if they are true.<\/p>\n

What do those limiting beliefs and phrases sound like?\u00a0 They have.\u00a0 We don\u2019t.\u00a0 They are bad.\u00a0 We are the good ones (without money).\u00a0 We can\u2019t win.\u00a0 They got lucky.\u00a0 They are greedy and I don\u2019t want to be like THAT!\u00a0 It goes on and on.<\/p>\n

You may have never noticed or realized that what you believe about money might be untrue.\u00a0 How do you change these assumptions and your energy to work for you instead of feeling frustrated about money?<\/p>\n

Do you believe you can be wealthy and be a good person?\u00a0 Do you entertain thoughts of how can I have \u201cthis\u201d AND \u201cthat\u201d<\/u> or do many of your beliefs have an either\/or<\/u> limitation?\u00a0 Tapping can remove your limiting beliefs.\u00a0 Thinking good thoughts and affirmations about your desires may not work if you have too many reasons in your energy and subconscious mind with the instruction of– I can\u2019t, it won\u2019t work, I don\u2019t deserve it, it\u2019ll never happen for a person like me\u2026 You get the idea.<\/p>\n

How do you change what you believe?\u00a0 Start by paying attention to your thoughts and triggers.\u00a0 When you look at someone who has the life you want, do you think thoughts such as, they are showing me what is possible, OR, do you think, that\u2019s not fair, I hate that they have it and I don\u2019t, they must be dishonest or have screwed someone to get to the top, it must\u2019ve been handed to them\u2026<\/p>\n

The next step is to change your energy and subconscious beliefs.\u00a0 Tapping is the best energy technique I\u2019ve ever experienced so far, that can change those beliefs, release those energy patterns, and \u201cprogram in\u201d what you want.\u00a0 Pretty amazing huh?<\/p>\n

You can learn tapping on your own and there are oodles of short, tap-a-long videos on YouTube to give you a start.\u00a0 You may or may not get results when using those short videos, however, because hidden but impactful reasons could prevent a shift or change.<\/p>\n

How will you know if tapping is working?\u00a0 Often times, a shift starts with a feeling of relief, or an ease in your body when you think about money.\u00a0 You will become less tense and then, of course, manifestations will start showing up!\u00a0 Changing beliefs is the first part of the goal.\u00a0 When you manifest an internal change, your money will increase, and often times show up in unexpected ways!<\/p>\n

Tapping can be learned and sometimes has had amazing results even when used by a novice.\u00a0 However, if you aren\u2019t getting results, please don\u2019t blame tapping.\u00a0 It is an amazing and life changing tool, but a skilled coach has learned the ins and outs of how to go deeper when hitting the walls.\u00a0 There can be many subconscious reasons that can prevent results and you will not know about those as a beginner.\u00a0 You may need tapping products for reinforcement or the guidance of a coach, like myself, to help you.\u00a0 There is no shame in needing help.<\/p>\n

I felt a wave of sadness as I heard him speak and the energy in the room felt helpless and frustrated.\u00a0 He doesn\u2019t know HE is the reason that money doesn\u2019t show up in his life.\u00a0 HIS BELIEFS have been solidified and reinforced in his mind, energy, and in his community.<\/p>\n
