There are tidbits that will help your desire. \u00a0Did you know that there is an ideal time to focus on your desire and outcomes? \u00a0You might\u00a0actually have some energetic or subconscious block that is creating a delay of your desires for some reason. \u00a0Focusing on your desired outcomes can actually\u00a0create more fear and more anxiety unless you do some deeper clean up. \u00a0That’s why it’s good to understand how and why tapping can help you in those circumstances.<\/p>\n

People are always concerned about why tapping coaches suggest tapping on the negative aspects of a problem\u00a0or situation first. \u00a0Isn’t that creating more negativity? \u00a0No, not while\u00a0tapping. \u00a0The reason we get stuck in our replays, or the reason why our “story” never\u00a0releases, is because if a situation is craving a resolution, many times there are a\u00a0slew of buried feelings that are stuck, and that need a “voice”. \u00a0They need to be expressed to be released.<\/p>\n

What do you do?<\/p>\n

That does NOT mean that you take out what needs to be said on others. \u00a0No, but it does mean that those stifled expressions are a form of truth that need to be expressed. \u00a0Would you put perfume on trash and expect the smell to go away? \u00a0Positive affirmations work when your subconscious mind and energy are in alignment with what you are saying. \u00a0If there is a disconnect in that alignment, it is unlikely that you will\u00a0get results from any positive statements or affirmations.<\/p>\n

Any emotional or painful situation can get stuck and keep resurfacing if you don’t release the undercurrent of the pain, hurt, anger… \u00a0Look at it this way. \u00a0When a child wants what they want, they keep asking, bugging, and bringing up the same thing over and over again. \u00a0Think of your subconscious like that little child that won’t give up. \u00a0Why? \u00a0Because there is something that is bothered, and that is stuck and it needs to be honored.<\/p>\n

When you FINALLY give attention ALONG WITH TAPPING to the issue that is screaming, the energy will begin to soften as if to say, whew…thanks for finally paying attention to me. \u00a0You will feel the shift by feeling\u00a0less charged about the issue, or less bothered by the issue, or less stressed and irritated about it. \u00a0When tapping on a problem or feelings, you can actually FEEL the release and a letting go. \u00a0Sometimes that release will resolve with needing to take a deep breath, or by yawning, burping or just by feeling more relaxed. \u00a0Sometimes you might feel the need to cry but it will feel good not sad, because it’s a relief!<\/p>\n

That’s why coaches will ask you to scale your discomfort. \u00a0When you can get that discomfort to release or lower, then that’s the\u00a0perfect time to start putting in the positives. \u00a0Once the charge is down, those positive affirmations\u00a0will hold and begin to have an effect on your desire.<\/p>\n

How many times have you said something positive to yourself only to hear that inner voice saying, who are you kidding? \u00a0That will never work! \u00a0That voice is your inner subconscious saying that something doesn’t line up or jive together.<\/p>\n
