As I was watching “Reba McEntire” on the OWN network, I saw the caption, “put it out to the universe”.\u00a0\u00a0I loved\u00a0 seeing that message to put what you want, your dreams, out to the universe.\u00a0 She “gets” how energy works, and realizes that what you focus on you get more of it!\u00a0 It’s so normal to focus on what is wrong, and what is paining you.\u00a0 How do you focus on what you want when you are hurting?\u00a0 You tap.\u00a0 As you tap, you are changing the energy in your body and accessing your subconscious mind to heal what is causing your emotional pain. \u00a0People cope.\u00a0 We might “think” we’ve gotten over emotional things as we move forward, because after all, what else are you suppose to do, right?\u00a0 I’m here to tell you, those emotional things get stuck in our energy and hold us back even when you don’t realize it.<\/p>\n
