As a young girl, while riding my bike with friends, three older boys approached us threatening to steal our bikes. The dramatic scene included my Dad racing on foot, grabbing the boys by their hair, and calling the police to scare them.\u00a0 That \u201ctrauma\u201d started an energy loop and a belief of, when I have what they want, I can be threatened.<\/p>\n

From that incident, a pattern began to form that included several “break in” situations, and even some sales accounts being \u201cstolen\u201d by co-workers.\u00a0 My subconscious was convinced that \u201cwhen I have, and they don\u2019t have, I\u2019m in danger or under threat\u201d.\u00a0 An automatic launch reaction began.\u00a0 When someone would be jealous of something I had, I would get nervous, feel tense, and then BAM!\u00a0 Eventually an attack of some kind would show up!<\/p>\n

For a while, that pattern affected my income, my personal power, and my relationships. This wasn\u2019t about logic or intellect.\u00a0 It was about an energetic loop and subconscious belief that got stuck through an emotional event.\u00a0 Luckily, I was able to reverse that belief and the effects!<\/p>\n

Do you have a pattern that keeps replying that is working against you?\u00a0 What are you struggling with in your life?\u00a0 Career, success, money, love, relationships, friendships, addictions\u2026.?\u00a0 There are underlying reasons and when the roots to the pattern are released, amazing changes are likely! \u00a0If you need help to find the roots, answer some of these questions below.<\/p>\n

Did you see any modeling about your issue from elders or role models?\u00a0 Do you remember some kind of emotional event surrounding your issue?\u00a0 Do you see a pattern that you keep replaying?\u00a0 If you are stuck, I\u2019d almost guarantee that you have a subconscious ingrained belief about the problem, and\/or an energy that keeps it alive in your body.<\/p>\n

Tapping (EFT) can address and release those stuck patterns.\u00a0 The technique can not only change the subconscious beliefs, and reduce the stress hormone cortisol, but it also releases any energy that\u2019s gotten stuck in your body.<\/p>\n

Uncovering patterns is not an easy task to do by yourself, because you are \u201cin them\u201d and they may be serving as protection in some way.\u00a0 However, when you change the attached belief and energy driving your reactions, the old episodes become neutralized and dissolve.\u00a0 The real magic of creation begins when your energy is ready to accept a positive and life enhancing new reality!<\/p>\n

Lack of love, money, peace, fulfillment, or belonging are all symptoms of underlying stuck energy and beliefs. If you are new to the information about energy, this might seem impossible or even confusing.<\/p>\n
