Negative thinking is actually giving you a roadmap to insights and help.\u00a0 Use it.\u00a0 Let it work for you.\u00a0 While some of the above alternatives may work for some people, I\u2019d bet there is a much larger number of people who\u2019ve used them and failed to get desired results.<\/p>\n

Why?\u00a0 Sabotage and overwhelming thoughts are actually in place to protect you.\u00a0 Many times, subconscious and energetic wires have gotten crossed or anchored and create inappropriate blocks that work against us.\u00a0 There are many reasons for this.\u00a0 Suffice it to say, when something is in place energetically or subconsciously on PURPOSE to protect you, you may need to do more than just change your thinking or visual a different outcome.\u00a0 How do I know?\u00a0 Those techniques that once worked for me, failed me after I was hit with some crisis and traumatic events. \u00a0It\u2019s an entirely different ballgame when those kinds of circumstances hit you, and they can happen at any age and lock in unwanted thought patterns.<\/p>\n

Tapping is a game changer, and you can use it to uncover\u00a0and RELEASE the negatives in your mind and energy.\u00a0 Did you read\u00a0that?\u00a0 I said the technique can RELEASE the negative energy that is holding in your mind and body.\u00a0 When you change that negativity energetically, you don’t have to worry about your negative thoughts and words (in addition to feeling crummy) because guess what? \u00a0Your words change and dissolve without having to catch yourself and constantly stop the words, or thoughts. \u00a0Then visualizing, dreaming and imagining can move you forward.<\/p>\n

When talking about energy, what we resist persists so if you are trying to convince your subconscious mind that your painful emotions aren’t bothering you, well good luck. \u00a0That’s exactly why they remain while getting louder and louder and louder until they scream at you causing more intense feelings, blocks, and patterns. \u00a0YOU WILL NOT OUTRUN YOUR ENERGY when it is trying to protect you. \u00a0However, you can change how you interpret what you feel when you change things energetically and subconsciously.<\/p>\n

Negative thinking is\u00a0present within you for protection, to keep you safe, and to STOP you from what has been perceived in the past, as unsafe, dangerous or painful in some way. \u00a0If you think someone, some place, or situation, would cause you pain, would you really want to keep going towards it?\u00a0 If you are honest, most people would say a loud NO.\u00a0 But what if you could see the situation differently, feel differently about it, and change the fearful \u201ccharge\u201d that has you in its grip?\u00a0 That would be an entirely different situation, right?<\/p>\n

I\u2019ve created a video to share more about this topic.\u00a0 Energy shifts were life saving for me so I have an internal desire to share about them. Deep, dark, or fearful places are a horrible way to live and I am thrilled to be able to say that tapping, and changing subconscious beliefs were truly life changing.\u00a0 I\u2019ve also helped oodles of clients achieve the same level of relief.\u00a0 That\u2019s why I know that negative thinking has a powerful message that can help you.\u00a0 You may temporarily get past things for now, but it you bury those emotions or patterns, I would almost guarantee that when you trigger them it the right way, all of that angst will rise up again sometime in your future.<\/p>\n
