I\u2019ve been really shocked by how many entrepreneurs, employees, just people in general are soooo stressed and anxious on a constant basis.\u00a0 They are fighting fear and anxiety with an overwhelming list of “to dos”. \u00a0So many are following like sheep based on what\u00a0they have been\u00a0told will work for them and diligently following that path but leaving out JOY or the combo they need and crave in their life!<\/p>\n

I\u2019ve worked with many\u00a050 yr. old people who are beating their heads against the wall with the same push, and fighting the same loops as they did in their twenties.\u00a0 Not only are they frustrated, but they feel disillusioned about what they did and why they did it.<\/p>\n

The reason we go after dreams and goals is because of what we think they will bring us in the end\u2014the reward\u2026the dream.\u00a0 However, there is a lot of life in between and you don\u2019t want to miss that, do you?<\/p>\n

It\u2019s important to go after your calling, your dreams and your goals, but don\u2019t forget about WHY you are doing all that.\u00a0 Get clear about what brings you joy and fun.\u00a0 Don\u2019t leave that out of the mix.<\/p>\n

I did a video to talk more about this because it\u2019s so important and I don’t think it gets talked about enough.\u00a0 In fact, I hardly ever hear this message, which is why I thought it was important to talk about it!<\/p>\n
