I had a client with a bone spur in his neck.\u00a0 The x-rays showed it, he felt the pain of it, and didn’t want the suggested\u00a0surgery, so he lived with the pain.\u00a0 When I probed more deeply about when it started, it began during a difficult breakup where “she became a pain in my neck”.\u00a0 We use those metaphors, not realizing how really true they are!\u00a0 We tapped on the incidences that happened when the pain started, and the\u00a0several aspects of hurt, anger, frustration…and the pain went away…..for two weeks!<\/p>\n

When we met again, he was surprised about being pain free for two weeks, but said it had returned because “I have a spur there”.\u00a0 Really?\u00a0 If the pain was totally about the spur, then where did it go for the past two weeks (which had never happened before)?\u00a0 Did the spur take a vacation?\u00a0 Coincidentally, he was having a “similar” argument with his current partner and the trigger went off — “she’s being a pain in the neck”.<\/p>\n

EVERYTHING STARTS IN ENERGY FIRST.\u00a0 Two people with the same x-rays could have different realities.\u00a0 One could have pain, and the other might not have any symptom at all.\u00a0 It is not just about the physical manifestation so please don’t disregard what your body is trying to tell you and the energy behind the creation of the symptom.<\/p>\n

We tapped again on remaining pain and similar feelings from the past that were replaying currently, and he left my office pain free because he changed his energy around the emotions.<\/p>\n
