When visualizing doesn’t work, there is a reason.<\/p>\n

When an entrepreneur is pitching a program, membership site or process and they do not have the fear level that some of their client\u2019s, members or customers do, they really cannot seem to grasp that level of difficulty. \u00a0Worse yet, they have no alternative solution so they keep pushing the same ideas despite the cries for help!<\/p>\n

While listening to a successful entrepreneur who uses visualizing with ease, she revealed that she was raised on the power of how to use her mind at a very young age (eight or nine).\u00a0 She effectively developed habits and tools to create her desires.\u00a0 I have seen many members in different groups struggle with great fear and describe feelings of panic about taking their next steps in business or life only to have their questions remain unanswered.<\/p>\n

When you are in a low vibration of panic or fear, it is almost impossible for most people to visualize or to repeat what feels like meaningless affirmations, since they are usually met with big resistance.<\/p>\n

I was very comfortable in sales and just telling someone who’s panicky over making sales calls will not ease their fear. \u00a0It might even stress them MORE because now they feel inferior and incapable which leads to even more self-doubt, and lack of self-confidence.<\/p>\n

However, when you “release” that intense emotion FIRST, the resistance will lesson and new tools are effective! \u00a0If fear and safety are HUGE stopping blocks for you, it is likely that you might need some energy shifting via coaching to get out of that subconscious replay and change that vibration.<\/p>\n

Visualizing is a great tool and so is meditation IF you can use them. However, if you are unable to calm down and focus your mind, you’ve got to change the energy (or belief) first. \u00a0I have seen EFT tapping work miracles.\u00a0 When skillful tapping is applied, it can release\u00a0 hidden blocks that prevent your greatest manifestations!
\nDON’T BEAT YOURSELF UP!<\/p>\n

In the meantime, if you are scared to the point of huge fear, try not to beat yourself up. There is a subconscious and energetic reason why you are blocking or stopping something. You are not lazy, crazy or stupid. YOU ARE IN PROTECTION.\u00a0 That emotion has a \u201ctrying to save and help you\u201d purpose.\u00a0 Pushing through it will likely cause more stress and anxiety. \u00a0Is that really what you want or would you like an easier solution?
