How can you take action when you feel anxious and frustrated? There are many people who believe that taking action reduces anxiety. \u00a0Sometimes that is true.\u00a0 What do you do though, when you are\u00a0struggling to even begin to take action? \u00a0What if you could actually release whatever it is, that is holding you back from TAKING the action?<\/p>\n

I want to share what happens beneath the conscious mind.\u00a0 If you are hitting an anxiety button, or walls to going forward, it is likely because your subconscious mind and energy “perceives” a threat of some kind. \u00a0This is NOT about logic but about energy. \u00a0Some people can get motivated much more easily than others. \u00a0Then there are those who take the action but it’s difficult, exhausting, and less than fun. \u00a0There is also another group that just can’t get going no matter what!<\/p>\n

When we get stuck or can’t get going, we assume is that there’s a problem in the here and now. All of our earliest memories get stored, however, and it is often\u00a0those early\u00a0memories that are being triggered in our adulthood and causing the “moving forward” blocks. What might be\u00a0happening, is you are being triggered from old programming that feels the same as it did back then.<\/p>\n

I’ll give you some examples. \u00a0Suppose when you gave your first performance–a play, a musical performance, sports win– and\u00a0a friend, sibling\u00a0or\u00a0someone else made you feel horrible through their jealousy, or criticism. \u00a0In that moment it is possible that your young mind said oh, if I’m successful I won’t be loved or I’ll be hated or I’ll get picked on.<\/p>\n

What if you had a teacher who embarrassed you in front of a class? \u00a0 Now, when you are on “stage” or shining in some way, you might find yourself going into that same energetic “trance” that says,\u00a0watch out! \u00a0Your subconscious might be saying something like, I better NEVER mess this up otherwise I will feel that same pain from back then and get criticized in front of everyone. \u00a0Those memory messages can get locked into your subconscious, your body and your energy.<\/p>\n

What if you had a\u00a0parent who took the wind our of your sails when you were so proud of yourself but they minimized your outcome? \u00a0You might have a replay of feeling disappointment pain from\u00a0their reaction.<\/p>\n

You can do all the right things, but if you subconscious says there is a danger or pain, you will most likely find a way to sabotage, be sabotaged unconsciously or block an outcome you really seek. \u00a0This video gives more of an explanation about locked up energy, but there is also a tap-a-long for calming down some anxiety. \u00a0 Watch here.<\/a><\/p>\n

I would encourage anyone to “tap” along with the video. \u00a0When used properly and\/or under the guidance of a skilled coach, tapping\u00a0actually releases those lifetime insecurities, fears and anxieties to then draw in the right people, places and situations that bring\u00a0you what you want. \u00a0It is a fabulous tool to open up the doors to the Law Of Attraction!<\/p>\n

I can understand if you are skeptical, but I have successfully used this technique with 10-84 year olds, and everyone from blue collar, white collar, Olympians, to a TV contestant. \u00a0It works. \u00a0It often works quickly, and it is life changing!<\/p>\n
