Are you stuck in “the circle of chaos and crisis”?<\/p>\n

Oh boy, I have been there! \u00a0I was part of a family who \u201clearned to struggle\u201d instead of getting our needs and desires met easily. \u00a0We learned that life was hard, that\u00a0you had to work hard, and (in the case of the women) someone needed to take care of you.\u00a0 None of those options ever appealed to me.<\/p>\n

I had no idea how to change or break the patterns that I was raised to believe were true. \u00a0\u00a0What I never realized was that my subconscious was being programmed into the belief that desires go unmet, and we\u00a0get “fulfilled” from others, outside of ourselves.\u00a0 I wanted something different, but how was I going to get it?<\/p>\n

Then came a block of time when everything hit the fan in my life. \u00a0It came at lightning speed, and continued for years on end. \u00a0My Dad, Mom and my sweetheart of 20 years, all died. \u00a0Mom and Ray became tragically ill and I took on their care.\u00a0\u00a0I developed breast cancer. \u00a0I lost my job due to cutbacks, and felt aimless and without direction or hope.\u00a0 It was so HARD. \u00a0I took on responsibilities for others that weren’t mine…but I did all of that not knowing I could or should do things differently. What was I thinking????<\/p>\n

I wasn’t thinking or deciding what was best for me. \u00a0I was \u201cprogrammed” by what I saw when I was little. \u00a0I heard over and over again about money, and happiness but it was linked to DIFFICULTY. \u00a0\u201cTheir\u201d patterns and habits, became MY patterns and habits without my even knowing it. \u00a0It\u2019s a sneaky happening that catches many of us by surprise.\u00a0 This is not about blame or fault.\u00a0 I didn’t know I was choosing “their” ways of doing things, any more than they knew they were teaching me difficulty and struggle.<\/p>\n

When my closest loved ones died, I was frantic, uncomfortable and terrified by circumstances that kept coming! \u00a0I was in danger of losing my home, and having a car repossessed not because of payment delinquency but because when someone dies, the contract is up!\u00a0\u00a0My world was falling apart minute by minute in every way possible.\u00a0 I felt like I was getting “hit” every time I turned around.\u00a0 If it wasn’t an event out of my control, then it was someone’s behavior that seemed to be ruining my life with attacks.<\/p>\n

When I learned tapping, it was in hopes to help “save” someone. \u00a0I had no idea it would be the tool I turned to for my own help! \u00a0When my loved ones died, I couldn\u2019t explain why this tapping stuff worked so well for others but not them, and I was ANGRY about it! \u00a0I\u00a0will never be able to explain someone else’s life journey, or the how, why and when, of death situations.<\/p>\n

I used tapping to change my intense emotional devastation. I tapped to clear out the anger, sadness, trauma and the grief. \u00a0I was feeling better and started coming back to life!<\/p>\n

• You no longer enable, attract, or make excuses for other people’s bad behavior!<\/li>\n
• Life becomes more of an enjoyable adventure vs. something to survive!<\/li>\n
• You catch yourself smiling just because you are HAPPY!<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

  It\u2019s a pretty nice transition, don\u2019t you think?\u00a0 You don\u2019t have to suffer to try to get through things or beyond events that have brought you to your knees. \u00a0You can tap them away and release the patterns that created your struggles.<\/p>\n

  Bonding in misery will never make someone else feel happy or better.\u00a0 You cannot become poor enough to make someone feel better about themselves. \u00a0You cannot make their journey easier for them if they don\u2019t want to take responsibility for their lives.\u00a0 Unless they are children and not adults, it\u2019s not your job.\u00a0 It\u2019s up to them.<\/p>\n

  You are responsible for you.\u00a0 You can tap, and watch your own miracles happen. \u00a0I don\u2019t know how I would\u2019ve gotten through all the turmoil that I did without my own\u00a0tapping coach–even though I am a tapping coach myself!!! \u00a0It was just way too much to handle on my own.<\/p>\n
