Holiday Stress!  Some people can already feel it building. Though it’s a wonderful time of year, it comes with a lot of to dos and expectations that creates overwhelm!

If you are in the mode of so much to do, it can bring incredible stress. You can’t really enjoy the meaning of the holidays. Wouldn’t it be nice to be able to release some of that stress quickly and easily?

Holiday stress can include many issues. For many it can be about too many things to do on the list. For others it can mean grief or sadness. Yet for others, it can mean family tension!
