I usually don’t write about health related issues unless I am focusing on the energy of the issue. However, when I keep getting a nudge from situations going on around me, I feel that sharing some additional info would be a good thing.
When people feel crummy and it lasts too long or it’s uncomfortable, antibiotics often come up as the solution. What you may not know is that antibiotics kill off the bad bugs, BUT they also kill the good flora too. That can lead to an imbalance in the digestive system and can present symptoms that you may not expect—like digestion issues, brain fog, confusion, drowsiness, attacks of anxiety, and that’s the short list!
