Does it feel right for you?

From 1998 to 2008+, I went through, what felt like hell.  Three people who I considered my core family, all died with another tragedy right after each death.  After all was said and done,  I was in shock of being in a COMPLETELY different life by myself!  I tapped on all the pain and turmoil independently and also with the guidance of a few different Meridian Tapping Coaches.  I consider myself an expert tapping coach, but when you are in your own overwhelming “stuff” it is so difficult to see it and clear it.

I was going through an incredibly sad time in life unlike ever before, but something amazing started to happen!  Good changes started building on each other and I created a different space, in multiple ways and on multiple levels.  I couldn’t have gotten to this mindset or FEELING without clearing out the old energy.  I wasn’t a daughter, or a partner anymore, and I didn’t know how to be just ME, or even what I wanted without them.  As I changed my energy, my focus became clear as to how I wanted my life to look and FEEL!  I went through phases with people telling me what THEY thought I should do and how to do it, and yet their lives weren’t what I wanted.  When I look back now, all the things that didn’t feel right, were telling me exactly what I wanted—in reverse!  If someone is running 90 miles an hour in their life and I don’t want that, or they are unhappy in their relationships and I want something different, I need to focus on what I want and how to create it.  As I mustered up the nerve to pull away from what I didn’t like, what I did want started showing up.  I made many changes to my entire life, and became selective who I spent time around.  Moral?  You can’t fit new clothes with a new style into a jam packed closet.  Clean out the old that no longer fits or works for you, so you can make room for what you truly love and want.  Tapping can create a new reality quicker and easier than you might think.  So?
