MY AMAZING unexpected gifts when I changed my perceptions, & emotions…

I received amazing unexpected gifts when I changes my perceptions and emotions!

As we begin a new year, on some level I think we ALL re-evaluate the year.  You might be resisting looking at it, but even then, your experiences are in your energy.

I’ve worked diligently over the past couple of years to get through some hellish, and “out of my control” events that knocked me to the ground.  The process was beyond tough at times.  Imagine that you are a coach that helps others release their old modeling, emotions, and perceptions, and yet you are deeply stuck in your own despair.

While I enlisted the help of a variety of coaches, and did a huge amount of tapping sessions, I was still in so much pain. Inside, I was beyond frustrated, still dealing with grief & loss, and wondering if I would EVER get to the other side to feel good again.

Tapping can work in two ways.  It can transform quickly and on the spot, but the most common way I’ve seen is through a build-up of seemingly subtle but powerful changes that happen over time.  The problem is that when in pain, we want BIG shifts not little foundational changes.  I would compare the process to cleaning out the refrigerator.  You know it is better, but the effort doesn’t really show outwardly.

I am so happy to say that I made significant shifts that built up over time from small foundational changes.  I am feeling encouraged and grateful about life again!  You may not know what kind of changes are possible with tapping, so let me fill you in on what changed for me.

• I am more grateful and comfortable in my home space (LOTS of illness trauma happened in this home that made me want to run away.)
• I have more clarity in many aspects of my life.
• I wake up feeling happier.
• I am more focused.
• I have an evolving plan for my long held, personal and professional dreams and goals.
• Friendships have sifted out of my life which needed to go, though I didn’t know it at the time. I do now!
• ALL my technology is working amazing well (after months of computer frustration happening) and it all fell into place so easily—in a blink. WHAT?????  That’s right. It happened all at once, and it works!  My energetic pain and frustration was affecting EVERYTHING.
• I am able to purge or sell emotionally held items.  I had some of them listed but they didn’t sell and recently and all of the sudden, things are selling quickly and moving out of my house.
• Business doors are opening with INCREDIBLE ease and opportunities are coming TO ME that I have not actively pursued.
• I am calmer and am returning to the more playful side of me that I thought was lost!
• I am hopeful and feeling positive again about my current and future dreams.
• I get excited when thinking about what I’m pursuing vs. just able to focus on surviving.
• I recently found amazing reinforcements from my past sales successes that indicates a swirling success energy being activated around me (energy signs).
• I have been sought out by someone with amazingly successful connections that are at a much higher business level. It’s a reflection of an energy change and it happened all of the sudden and out of the blue!
• The “I can DO this” side of me is coming back and boy does THAT feel great! I thought that part of me was gone.  While I was creating at a very low ebb, I mostly felt like I was surviving and just hanging on!
• I found a non-traditional church community that feeds and encourages MY relationship with the Divine and not a cookie cutter, fear version that never felt right to me even as a child. If you knew how I used to feel about even saying the word “church”, you’d know what I gigantic shift this is for me!  It feels GOOD and my spirituality is strong!
• I’m listening to my guidance and intuition more than ever before and it comes regularly!
• I clearly see how everything—the illnesses, the deaths, the sibling abandonment, and the intense aloneness, all had a purpose to reconnect me to my own individuality that was overpowered in so many ways. All that resistance created a “fighting” against pattern that became normal for me vs. the ease of asking, allowing and receiving.  I truly didn’t know how possible that was–till now!
• I realized the huge importance of putting myself first. You cannot give, do or we with love when you are beaten down and on the ground.
• I learned how it feels to be me and not someone who needs to rescue or feel responsible for them.
• I was always the “rock” for everyone. I learned how great it is to accept and appreciate the gift of being nurtured and helped.  WHAT A LESSON…
• Even the damage created from a downed huge tree limb to outside electrical wires & my patio, brought an insurance reimbursement.  This is significant because some of the electric was out of date and wouldn’t have passed inspection for my future house sale—getting me ready in unexpected ways…
• Different books, videos, and info avenues are showing up regularly for exactly what I need to know but at a much higher energetic level for reinforcement. While this was happening all along, I didn’t feel the happiness ENERGY attached to these breadcrumbs like I do now.  I was surviving, not feeling any consistent excitement of forward joy.

I’m sure I’ve missed a bunch of additional things that have changed because I notice multiple shifts daily!  The point of this list is to show you and remind me of how much our energy is intertwined in ways we might not expect.  Can technology frustration change when you change your energy?  It did, and not only in the above mentioned way.  I will share a SIGNIFICANT technology change after a tapping session that I never would’ve believed was connected.  Coincidence?  NO.

Look at this unlikely list!  EVERY aspect of my life is changing or has had some shift from my guided, internal energetic and subconscious work.

This life “spell” has been the toughest, most difficult and beyond my imagination, painful time of my life.  I see the purpose of it NOW.  On some very deep level I knew it, but I couldn’t FEEL it with the joy I feel now.  Getting to a happier feeling about my life again, is AMAZING!  I can’t wait to see what unfolds next!  Right there….that’s a shift from worrying about the next shoe dropping (and the shoe dropping kept getting worse along the way) to…. I can’t wait to see the great stuff that’s coming next!!!  Ahhhhh, I LOVE and believe in energy work and the power of TAPPING!!!!

How would you like your life to change?  Programs are coming out of the woodwork about weight, success, business programs… and yet I don’t hear any intertwining about feeling happy or balanced while attaining those goals.  Or joy?  Or health?  I want the combination of ALL of that.  For me, I’m all about changing the patterns that promotes the internal happiness along WITH my desires and goals.  One without the other is just changing symptoms!
