Reverse feeling stupid!

Reverse feeling stupid?  What? Is it possible to reverse feeling stupid and really feel the change? I’m not talking about learning more information or doing more “stuff” so that you feel smarter.   I’m talking about really reversing feeling stupid or dumb and feeling inferior, vs. feeling calm and confident being you!

Not only is it possible but it’s likely.  Good news, huh?

People don’t realize that things in their past can still be ruling their life.  They assume things from the past are done but, in fact, those past events or feelings might be just waiting to be re-triggered and rear up again.  You can hit walls and hold yourself back for years or struggle trying to prove yourself and still feel less than, inferior, dumb or stupid.

It’s time to question and do some investigating if feeling stupid or inferior is a regular feeling for you.  What events or memories have convinced you that you are stupid?  I would suggest that you go back in time and consider when this belief began.  Beliefs about ourselves don’t just happen to show up.  Something causes them to start and for a pattern or belief to begin and develop. They are either programmed into us via family modeling, or anchored into our energy and subconscious mind by emotionally charged events.  The stuck energy develops into patterns of automatic behavior and those behaviors can continue for years!  See what I mean in this video!

Loops and stuck patterns have roots and it’s amazing how life can change so easily and drastically when those roots are removed. Those kind of changes don’t have to take a long time and there is a skill to uncover and release them.  Amazing changes can happen when we use the tapping technique and sometimes it can happen even without any outside help!
