Tapping can heal PTSD for war veterans.
As some of you may know, my home city, Rochester, NY, is considered a conservative place and is even home to many test markets to see how products are received before going into the marketplace nationally.
I am thrilled that one of the news channels has done a story with a local veteran and tapping collegue on PTSD for veterans coming home from war. Retired Army Staff Sergeant Dan Hoaglin has struggled with suicidal thoughts for years. Six tours through Kosovo, Bosnia, Iraq and Afghanistan. Nine treatments through the Veterans Administration for Post Traumatic Stress Disorder. Nothing has stopped the suicidal thoughts and nightmares or flashbacks that instantly return to Dan to the life and death situations he faced serving our country for more than 11 years. The story said that EFT (a.k.a Meridian Tapping or Tapping) has not cured his PTSD, and I would add—YET–because I believe he only had 6 sessions when they did the follow up interview. However, his symptoms did decrease in 6 weeks.
This particular story focuses on PTSD but many don’t know that Meridian tapping (also know as EFT), changes and improves lives in multiple ways. It removes sabotage, procrastination, performance blocks, love and relationship issues, dreams and goal blocks…the possibilities are endless.
If you know of anyone suffering from post war stress, have them get into with Tom Porpiglia as he can also use this technique over the phone so location is not an issue.
