I post a lot on Facebook, and do you know why? THIS IS IMPORTANT. I share a lot on Facebook because it serves a purpose for me and hopefully for you too.
I usually post happy, and inspiring topics to laugh, to bring joy, to feel happy, and things that will bring “feel good” emotions along with some “energy” lessons as well. Why? BECAUSE, if you know how the Law of Attraction works, (and some of you may not or you are confused about how it works) then you know that we all attract what we focus on. If our attention is predominantly negative, then we will not only output negativity to others, BUT we will also ATTRACT IT. If you are fearful, you attract more fear. If you are angry, you attract anger. I’m not talking about brief moments when you feel these things. I’m talking about when you have dominant thoughts in negativity, fear, anger, sadness, then your dominant outcome will be what your thoughts focus on and then attract.
This is most difficult during REALLY TRYING times….I agree…and I’ve been there too! BUT, when I am in those places, I try to remember to TAP to acknowledge the emotional upset, and then I put in positive thoughts.
So, while you may have thought that I post a lot, you are RIGHT. I POST ON PURPOSE for me AND FOR YOU! I am lucky enough to have time during my day to have those positive interludes. Now that you know, when you see or are watching something good, doesn’t it usually make you feel better? It helps to CHANGE YOUR ENERGY. If that doesn’t work, then you would really benefit from educating yourself on what might be stuck in your energy and how to release it. OR you could listen to yet another drug and disease commercial that is programming you to believe that’s the way life is… It’s all programming. So what do you want your subconscious to focus on??? I am going to start sharing client stories so that you can hear, read and understand what got stuck in them and how we removed it. This can be applied to anyone and everyone–men, women, and children, at any age, and in any circumstance…it doesn’t matter. What matters is that there is a way to change your life for the better!
