Do you feel like a Jekyll & Hyde personality?

What if you didn’t have to wrestle with choosing a “side” and that the “good” side of you could be your dominant way of life?  When we get locked into patterns and grow up seeing struggle, and fighting, that can become our way of life and the way that we learned to cope.  It becomes so unconscious that it’s automatic.  How are you suppose to change THAT?

I’m sure you’ve heard about positive affirmations, but many people haven’t had success with them.  Why?
