Is your focus what they did to me OR, what is this uncomfortable situation trying to teach me? I can’t stress this enough. When you start paying attention and follow through on WHAT FEELS GOOD TO YOU, your life will change for the better. I’m not blowing smoke here. I’ve done it/doing it, and it really DOES change your life. I wasn’t always able to do this…till I “tapped” to change my energy so that I COULD focus on what I wanted. What feels GOOD when making your decisions? The more you practice what you need and seek it out, the easier it becomes. If you are looking to buy a red car, you don’t look at the grays, greens, or yellows. The red ones stand out. It’s the same with what you want in life.
Listen to your intuitive gut. Why? Because the more you listen, the more you focus. Just like a red car, what you want will jump out at you. If “it” doesn’t feel good or right, don’t do it when you can safely choose not to!!! Your outside world is a reflection of what you are inside and the energy you are putting out comes from inside out. If you want authentic friends, then be authentic and don’t screw around with the people, places and things that you DON’T like or want around you. It’s a process of learning, but the more you do it, the more you will do it because you will know it works!! Do what’s right for you and in a polite way if possible, because your choices are not against them, but for you. I promise it will pay off! I KNOW it does from personal experience and also with oodles of clients that I have coached.
No one has control over you as an adult, and you’ve already had time go by doing what you thought everyone else wanted you to do or be. Did you fight against it? Now you have the power to find out what really jazzes you and live it. If you can’t get what you want or are having trouble focusing on what you want, then learn how to tap and THEN you will be able to focus and clear out all the grays, greens and yellows.
