Help for the worst of times

I usually try to post tapping stories, how to use tapping or suggestions on how to change your energy.  If I find fun stuff to illustrate the power of changing your energy, then I post the feel good stuff too!

I am sharing this video for a few reasons.  When I see stories that help me to share how you can ease emotions, clear out underlying energy blocks, or stuck energy loaded with pain, I want to share them.  The world needs to know there are tools, and things you can use to get through pain, troubles and trauma so that you don’t carry them for a lifetime.

As I watched this video, I remembered my past devastation trauma feelings and I felt EXACTLY how this man described in his experience.  I went through this same extreme pain, and in back to back extreme illness situations with both my Mom & Ray– one after the other– a year apart.  EVERYTHING became about them, saving them, being the rock for them, and in the meantime I was losing me, my health, and my life too.  By the time they both died, I hadn’t even considered tapping on me….because it was all about them, healing for them, energy work for them.  It finally dawned on me to use what tools I learned in our journey together.

I was introduced to many alternative health avenues and I got quite an intense education on drugs, their interactions, and side effects.  I researched, I sought out, and I found many internet answers to oodles of symptoms considered part of the individual diseases, but in reality, were drug side effects.  I sought out alternative health avenues, and learned amazing energy tools.  Keep in mind, my focus and why I was doing this, was all for them.  Tapping (EFT) resonated with me the most.  Why? Because while in a Reiki group for Ray, I got to practice using tapping on others and saw amazing results.  I saw results on everything from pain, allergies, depression, and relationships issues to trauma.  I didn’t know it at the time, but I was practicing for my new career!  There WAS a purpose unfolding for all that I was going through, even if I didn’t know it at the time.

After Mom and Ray both died, I used tapping on myself and I sought out practitioners using this wonderful tool, to help me.  If I hadn’t used it, I truly don’t know how I would’ve survived.  This is not a plug from me as a coach who uses tapping.  This is a outreaching hand to say I know what it’s like and there is help.

The aftermath of a trauma can have such huge effects.  Moving that trauma filled energy out, stops and ends the pain, the suffering, the nightmares, and the PTSD responses.  Yes, I had all of that and then some.

As I listened to the entire story in the video, I wondered how this man’s life is now.  I wouldn’t be surprised if he has linked his great success to trauma…and that could prevent any future success on that high level. Why?  His subconscious mind might be doing everything it can to stop him from getting close to that kind of success again because there is now an energetic anchoring to that deep level of pain.  I remembered what it was like for me as I watched this video, BUT I am so pleased to say that while I felt emotion for him, and compassion for what I went through, I KNOW I have healed so much from that unbelievably intense time. Some people never get out of this kind of pain.  I want you to know that tapping can get you out of that past trauma, as it did for me.  Watch the video here.
