How do I heal my heart?

When people think of healing their heart, they think about exercise, eating right, and checking blood pressure and cholesterol.  What if there is more to the story?  You may or may not know, but EVERYTHING manifests from our energy first.  “Symptoms” might actually be linked to the energy of something that “broke your heart”.

Do you avoid love?  Do you resist getting close to people?  Do you find the idea of love or being in love, scary?  That’s one way that symptoms might show up, but let’s look at another way.

I remember doing a presentation at a major company and talked about the heart/chest area as sometimes being a place in our body that holds sadness and grief.  After my presentation and some sample tapping, and a man came up to me saying he developed his heart condition, high blood pressure and cholesterol issues AFTER HIS DAUGHTER DIED!!!  Talk about a broken heart!  I am NOT a Dr. and I’m not claiming to treat, diagnose, or cure anything here.  Instead, I am trying to educate on what might’ve happened in your life BEFORE symptoms (physical or mental) showed up.  I have worked with so many clients whose varied symptoms, have shifted, improved and released,  just by changing and/or releasing energy that created a pattern.  I don’t cure anything.  I facilitate a way to help the client change their own energy to heal from the inside out.  DO NOT eliminate or ignore medical help.  I’m just saying that there might be more to the story and my goal is to educate.

When my beloved Dad passed away, I developed both asthma and bronchitis, NEITHER of which I had ever had.  I also felt a discomfort in my chest that I could not describe but it was scary to me.  After getting checked by both my Dr. and a Cardiologist, nothing was wrong with my heart physically.  Look at what happened though, and where it showed up.  My heart was broken because I was so close to my Dad, and the energy got stuck in my heart/chest area with “symptoms” of a chest ailment.  What is your body saying to you about your symptoms?  Are you tapping yet?
