Personal development and growth includes investigating our unconscious and automatic reactions to all aspects of our life to release or dissolve the roots holding us back.  If you don’t feel like you are headed in the right direction or feel stuck, spend some time to clear out what is in your way.  Otherwise you will waste time, effort and money.  Before you follow experts, make your “to do” or goal lists, get clear on what is important to you first.

Listen to your intuition and your body reactions.  Your body will give you cues to people, places and situations that feel “right” and create an easy feeling inside you.  Your body doesn’t lie but your mind will!

Do you use your skill set or do you look to others to guide you, tell you what to do, impact you, and control you???

You’ve got to make friends with and use tools that can help you uncover, dissolve and “program in” what you need.

Your personal development habit will have more of an impact on you than any other action you can take.  It’s not weird or woo woo, it’s VITAL!

All personal development is not the same.  If you buy a personal or business development program, or hire a coach and still aren’t manifest your desires, then you’ve got energetic roots that need to change.

Subconscious beliefs block effective habits, stop us from taking action, and create fear and panic. I’ve heard it’s estimated that 80-92% of people who buy self-development programs, never get through them or use them.  It’s very common.

Until you get the beliefs and drivers cleaned up that hold in your unconscious, you can buy program after program and have coach after coach and still not get anywhere!
