Scared to date?

While getting ready for the day, I heard a local DJ talking about how he needs to get out and date after going through a painful divorce a year ago.  It is clear that he is still very scared and nervous about dating so he is trying to push himself into doing it.

He is overlooking the reason for his resistance and how it is trying to help him.  That fear and anxiety is present  because he is still hurting and his subconscious mind and energy are trying to PROTECT him from perceived pain.  Tapping can clear that resistance, and soothe the past pain so that dating could be and would be enjoyable and fun!  If you are dating with a heavy heart, chances are you will ATTRACT a heavy heart!  Wouldn’t it be much nicer to look forward to meeting a new partner, and have clarity and focus of what is non-negotiable for you?  What do you want?  What do you need to have?  Make a list or your must haves, then tap to clear why they are not possible.  Then watch how the energy will line up easily and quickly!!  Don’t think it’s possible?  Then I would suggest to you that you don’t know enough about how you can use tapping to align your energy to work FOR you instead of fighting against the flow.  Here’s to your happy, loving relationships!   Cheers!!
