What is tapping?  Do you know about it yet???  If not, you are missing out on a powerful life changing tool!!!

I could write a description, but the best way to tell you about tapping is to SHOW you how to do it.  This week I’ve included one of my short videos, which will give you some explanation about the technique and also give you an anxiety relief sample to try out!

The sooner you can learn about this amazing technique, the sooner you can use it, and the sooner your life will change for the better!  I will just warn you though, that the mechanics of how to tap are easy.  KNOWING how to use the technique to get to your hidden or underlying subconscious or energetic blocks can take some skill and experience that beginners won’t have.

Don’t give up though, since one of my products or individual coaching can help guide you.  Either way, there is help that can change your life!

Be sure to pay attention to any kind of changes after participating with the video.   Just watching won’t do anything.  You have to follow along and try it out!

Notice if you feel any kind of change after tapping along.  Notice any relief or a calmer feeling.  Notice any tingling or a desire to take a deep breath or yawn (that is a sign of relaxation changes).  Notice if any part of your body is feeling more relaxed.  Notice any worry or anxiety reduction or relief.
