I sign up for a lot of free info things to see what others are doing, what I can learn, and what I can share to be a great coach while improving my life too. I will often times tell people to focus on finding and seeking joy in little things every day, doing gratitude journals, and doing things that MAKE you focus on happiness… Why? Because it helps to raise your vibration. I suggest this “joy focus” and at the same time, you can work to release negative, and low vibrational energies. You can do both at the same time. Picture that it’s like swinging back and forth on a trapeze and building up momentum, while reaching for the new bar until you can grab on with a big grip and let go of the old bar.
Since you take YOU with you anywhere you go, you need to change your energy FIRST. Believe me, you will not outrun your energy or your problems, even when you switch to a different lover, different city, or different job! If you’ve got a stuck loop, it will most likely follow you until you find a way to release the pattern! You will know when it changes, by how the outside world of people, places and situations respond to you in loving, positive ways. Once you get into the flow of life, things become easier and you actually have things fall into place in the most miraculous ways! I love how Sage Lavine refers to happiness and what she believes is the fact.

EXACTLY, but if you are stuck in negativity, tapping can pull up that energy and release it to create that flow into the happiness zone!! If you are suffering….WHY? Tapping can and does change that but you’ve got to start!
